In the first episode, four cousins Mani, Valli, Ramu, and Senthil befriend a village boy, Babu. The children are unsettled by eerie sights such as sinister whirlwinds and black smoke from the rusty nails of a banyan tree. Finally, Babu tells a few words about a mysterious event that happened in the village. That's when Senthil realizedthat the woman he saw could have been a ghost.
