I purposefully left passions and determining your flow as the last piece you need to uncover in order to get super clear on a career that would bring you the most amount of fulfilment and purpose.
That is because I think your passions are absolutely important and can lead you to fulfilling work but ONLY when they are looked at in alignment with your unique strengths and core values.

-What role they play in you finding a career of alignment
-Why we should pay attention to that which we naturally gravitate towards and what we are passionate about and how not use it against ourselves
