Although you can never expect when a crisis situation will arise, you can at least be prepared when it does with our immediate crisis response tips discussed in this podcast. In this episode we answer a few common questions, such as what you can do if the roads leading to your office are closed and how to communicate with patients and remain sympathetic to the community at large. As background, the recent terror attack on the Pulse Nightclub in Orlando his very close to home for us. Our main office is based in Orlando and we have several clients in the immediate area of the tragedy. We have been so, so inspired by the outpouring of love and support throughout the community and the world since the incident. It’s because of what happened, and the steps we had to take for clients, that we decided to record this episode.
