Dexter is a motivational speaker, inventor, author, philanthropist and comedian! who has inspired people across the world with a heart to connect and empower people.
Dexter's infectious positivity has been shaped by overcoming significant difficulties in his own life. Born blind into poverty and a family of eight children on the Island of Trinidad, his early life had many limitations. As a young adult, he was in a serious accident in which he was severely injured and nearly died. In spite of these setbacks, he managed to achieve his goals of earning a doctorate degree, travelling the globe, becoming a husband to Elizabeth and a father to Tahliza.
