Hey Y'all!
Can y'all believe it's been a whole year since the very first episode of Mommy Couch Confessions went live?! I know, me either! I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to create this space and to have been able to share it with so many amazing women and mothers. The journey of motherhood is a marathon, not a sprint and I hope you are gearing up to stay with me on the couch as I continue to have the conversations that usually only occur with close friends (even if they are just the voices in our heads). I look forward to introducing you to new friends, perspectives and catching up with a few peeps from the past year. THANK YOU ALL from the bottom of my heart and here is to one year down and just the beginning of so much more!
