Have you laid in bed and wished that the world would just go away?   

Yes it’s normal to feel like that on occasion.  But reality is, we have to get up and live our life.     

What does your day look like?

What is your mind saying this morning to you?   

Our minds are incredibly powerful.    You can influence your mood each day.  

Your mind will welcome the easy way out like negativity (the downward) thoughts saying just go back to bed or stay in that sad mood.   It will tell you it’s ok and convince you of it.  

You will have to work hard to get your mind to accept it’s positive thoughts.  Sometimes it’s really  hard.   If I’m in a super  down, I’ll tell my mind to take a hike.   

Think of your mind as a muscle.  You will have to build that muscle to think upward especially in hard and challenging times.    

I am not saying you have to be happy or fake happiness.  But you can push through and find joy in your day.   You have a choice to wake up and make the best of the day.  It’s a new day and a new gift to be the best version of you.  

So how do you adopt that morning mindset?!!   I have a list of 10 suggestions. Now everyone is different which means you can customize it for you.   You can’t do all these but maybe one or two of these will help.  I will walk through these but also have create a free download for you at cathylvan.com/morningtips

10:  Pamper yourself 

You may be saying - that’s fine and dandy but I don’t have time or I can’t or my life is too hard for me right now.   Girl……  you need this now more than ever.     

My ask to you is why????   

Your mind will require you to build the muscle.  It takes 14-21 day to form a habit.  

Reinvent your morning!!!  Set yourself up for a good day.
