"No one is coming to save you!" Sure, yeah, your success is your responsibility based on your actions. No one may not be coming to save you, but if you surround yourself with the right people, you have the support to help get you through whatever it is that you may be trying to navigate. No one is going to come do it for you, but with the right support system encouraging you to grow to the next level, you will find your own actions supporting your desires of success and becoming your reality. Find great people to surround yourself with and ask questions you genuinely want answers to. Be willing to invest in your success and track that growth you go through; your knowledge, time, dedication, all create your experience that others will one day seek from you.
People willing to give, even when they are tired, are able to acknowledge that they possess tools that many others don't, and are capable of reinvesting in the next generation of people that they care about. That is what an excellent leader is about, confident in their skills and a genuine disposition of generosity and gratitude in life. Who do they surround themselves with, not for salvation from their problems they'll never actually get, but guidance that helps them truly obtain their goals and achieve the next level of what was once only their dreams? Why go in to a situation alone if there is help available to reach the desired destination?
Find your rhythm in giving hand ups, not hand outs, to others that were once like you and are willing to grow themselves. Be willing to take the hand ups from others you look up to when they gift them to you. Trap yourself in the success you want to embody by choosing who you surround yourself with to learn and grow from. Get rid of the excuses you hold on to that are holding you back from achieving your dreams. Get your shit together and free yourself from the chains you bind yourself within.
