GROW Greatness Reached over Oppression through Wisdom
Good mourning
God is moving
My Brother stopped GROWing January 1, 2003
Oppression led to depression, he took a weapon,
On New Year’s Eve,
He laid his head on a Shotgun and pulled the trigger
He labored on Life support, much of his brain gone,
He held on
Until my Mother saw one last year roll down his eye
Then the nurses ushered everyone out of the room at 2 am
The people had arrived to take his organs
Use Wisdom to overcome
Mind over anything
He had Everything to Live for
Handsome, Great job, no kids, in the Prime of his life at the age of 32
My baby Brother Kelvin
It has been 20 years and I my eyes still burn with tears, a moment of sadness washes over then I smile, for the Good times
Gladness
My Brother’s Spirit, back to God who gave it; Kelvin, his Love for me, his zest for Life, his Legacy
