Then we pivot to food because beer deserves backup. Ricky walks through his “cowboy sushi” Traeger cook: a bacon weave wrapped around a meatloaf-style filling with cream cheese and smoked pepper gouda, finished with a high-heat crisp and a glaze that locks everything in.
