As we move into 2022, we are learning to embrace God’s rest for us, while anticipating the great things He will do in us and through us. Our Big Rocks for 2022 are spiritual formation, safety and scale. Spiritual formation references how we further our discipleship efforts through Christian education. Safety is all about how we will continue to protect our community and gather safely in light of COVID-19. And finally, scale is about how we as Detroit Church will continue to grow together. Specifically, late last year we started a strategic planning process to refine how we will live out our vision of all things new. This process will be completed in 2022 and we hope our entire body will engage in it with us.
