Both Topher and Jeff are former NCAA athletes. Jeff played professionally after college and now impacts athletes of all ages through his personal training. Topher has worked both at the college level as a coach at Cornell University and now as the Director of Hockey Operations at the University of Michigan. Together they host The Hockey Think Tank which has served as a top resource for hockey families and coaches since 2018.
