In this episode, we examine the concept of breaking stuff just like we see in the Cobra Kai Netflix Series but we look at the positive aspects of it. In our work task, we talk about the knocking down of walls that many home shows do nowadays to achieve an open concept type of floor plan. Then we discuss the martial art practice of hitting a heavy bag or air shield using HIIT in order to de-stress your life as many of our adults do when they take martial art class. Lastly, we talk about the breaking of boards and cement or going to a "Break Room" to have fun and relieve stress.
