In this episode, we examine the cold weather training practice of Kon Geiko which is a great way to train for self defense using your awareness skills when you are out of your comfort zone.  We also look at being more active in the cold weather (like doing winter sports or activities) going against the norm of hibernating and staying inside when the weather changes.  There are strategies to living in every climate to help you to adjust more and have a productive life.   "Walking in a Winter Wonderland!"
