In this episode, we examine the work task of "Mop the Floor" where by using the whole body, a student can learn how to weight shift, use defensive footwork, increase wingspan/range of motion, and body twisting. Also, we use the cleaning of the floor as a metaphor for "cleaning up" your life. In the practical application part, we discuss how to use a round hip drive in round and vertical round punches and body rotation and pivoting on swing our round house kicks.
