In this Episode, we examine Stretching and Yoga Practice as a viable workout program and a way to prevent injury and increase overall health and fitness. We also cover practical meditation to help us for mental health, create a sense of mindfulness, decrease stress, solve problems, and find peace! We go thru many ways to achieve the positive benefits of meditation through using ways to focus like finding your happy place, using candles, praying, and being in nature to gain the maximum benefits of this practice. We also suggest a ways to practice stretching while martial art training at home, walking in nature and running for exercise and enjoyment.
