In this episode, we examine Tensile Strength and how it helps in Martial Art Training.  We look at the manual labor type of work that builds and develops Tensile Strength similar to the training in the movie, the Karate Kid as well as Cobra Kai Netflix Series.  After that, we can use this Tensile Strength to our advantage in our Martial Art Training both with the Physical Training and combine it with our Mental Training by using "Peace of Mind" in our Flexibility Training.  We do this to not get too tense and causing injuries so we can be more like "Flexible Steel."
