In this episode, we examine the concept of Time Management and how we go through our daily life trying to accomplish all of our daily tasks.   We look at ways to manage your time effectively but not to be labor it so that it becomes another task in and of itself.  In the martial art training, we cover the extra reps in conditioning, making time to work on techniques that we are not very good at as well as your weaker arm or leg as well.   Lastly, in our mental training, we make time for class and stay focused on the training.
