In this episode, we examine the stretches used when doing your everyday work to prepare the body for your day. We look at the different times a day that you should loosen up and how often in order to avoid injury and keep living your healthy life. We describe the transitional exercises that we do to be able to keep working hard each day both at work and in the dojo without the build up tension. Lastly. we examine the "monk" life and the concept of using our martial art stoicism to not complain, get over laziness and entitlement, and just get things done as a way of peaceful living.
