In this Episode, I talk about the smaller tasks and work chores that our younger students can do at home to help with the family.  I also talk about the benefits of being active and getting streps during these work chores help younger kids and how it applies to their martial art training: better square stance, proper dodges, and walking front kicks.  Lastly, I talk about how kids can be an "Assistant" to their parents for the bigger chores and how that bond is extremely important to their personal development!
