Our Mission.

Anchor Her is a faith-centered nonprofit based in the Greater Kansas City. Our mission is to embrace, empower and ignite women impacted by incarceration, domestic violence, and addiction.

We accomplish this mission by:

• Transitional Coaching: One on one support and advocacy for women that are getting out of incarceration and/or for women that want to live a life free from addiction.
• Practical Resources: Connection/referral to transitional housing, treatment centers, hygiene, food, clothing, and furniture. 
• Anchor Her Support Group: A safe and compassionate place where women can drop anchor while they transition.​

Our goal is to disciple and equip women so they can share their story of hope to their family and community!
