Niamh Lee is a personal development & performance coach who utilises her knowledge of cognitive behavioural therapy both personally & professionally on a daily basis.
She has 15 + years experience dealing with people on a one to one basis through her time as a beauty therapist & pharmacy technician which eventually lead her to where she is today dealing only with the person, their thoughts, actions & outcomes.

Her approach to change is practical & sustainable where she encourages nailing the basics of good quality sleep, correct nutrition, hydration, movement, morning routine & environment.
Then building on those foundations.

Niamh works both online & in person & has recently launched her first personal development programme.

In this episode, we dive into "what is CBT" giving insights to this science backed psycho-social intervention that aims to improve mental health.
