John 14:17-18 NLT He is the Holy Spirit, who leads into all truth. The world cannot receive him, because it isn’t looking for him and doesn’t recognize him. But you know him, because he lives with you now and later will be in you.f
18 No, I will not abandon you as orphans—I will come to you.
Sometimes people falsely conclude that when they don’t feel God, He is gone. That He has disappeared. But He is there, even when you don’t feel Him — God is still there.
The Bible tells us in Hebrews, “For He Himself has said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you’ ” (Hebrews 13:5).
