Acts 3: 1-26
Atonement is a big church word used to describe how all can be reconciled back to God through Jesus Christ. At the time of Jesus' crucifixion on the cross, reconciliation was made available to every bystander in the crowd that shouted "Crucify Him", the disciples that turned their back on Him, and even to the Roman soldiers physically responsible for His death.
