Summary: Lefse is a Norwegian flatbread whose main ingredient is potatoes. It is one of the foods we make that connect us to our ancestral identity. But lefse will spoil eventually. Jesus gives us the food that endures for eternal life. He gives us a relationship with the one true living God. He gives us himself.
