Description

God expects us to keep His commandments. Those who teach and keep God's commandments will be rewarded by God. It says in Hebrews 6:10-12 NKJV: "For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister. And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end, that you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises." Teaching people to keep God's commandments is one of the ways we love others. We are to be ‘diligent’ to keep God's commands until the end (see Deuteronomy 6:17-18); we are not to become lazy or get tired of doing what is “right.” We are to live like we believe and keep God's commandments so that we inherit God's promises.
