In solo episode number 2, I introduce one of my most favorite topics: movement vs. exercise. I'll explain why they're not the same and how understanding the difference between the two  will have a huge impact on your life and your relationship with both.

Our modern lifestyle drastically influences our health because of how little we actually move. Exercise is wonderful and necessary...but, its not enough. So I share some simple tips and mindset shifts to go beyond exercise and incorporate more movement into your life.
