The problem with added sugars is that they're not really foods, they just provide a quick boost to your blood sugar levels. U might think it's okay for this one time but in reality U will crave them again and before long the effects of their unhealthy nature kick into gear - including obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and chronic inflammation throughout our bodies! Sugar doesn't occur naturally within whole grains or vegetables so if we want a healthier lifestyle then cutting out ALL sweets from diet would be ideal.
We need more nutrients than simply calories if we ever want healthy bodies filled up not only outside but also inside - which means taking care both oneself physically as well mentally can really make a difference in our longevity and how we feel day to day.
