November is here and are U ready for it! It seems like the year just flew by huh? In the month of November a lot of things happen, changes are made. The weather changes, the time changes, and the holidays come around. And for some the loss of family brings sadness especially around the holidays to pile on to the changes. 

Can we just go back to June and July where we were outside???

As time is of the essence and will continue to move forward, seasonal depression or (seasonal affective disorder- SAD) sets in for many.  Feelings of sadness, fatigue, frustration, and extreme moodiness are symptoms that one may experience. 

The question now is how do U pick yourself up out of this or are U stuck?
