The new month and season bring with them an opportunity to get back on or stay on track. We've been waiting for this moment all year long! The holidays are coming, colder weather is near (perfect timing!), so now's the time we need some help preventing ourselves from over indulging in good food--especially during these times when stress can make anyone want more than they should be eating or drinking; plus there'll be tons of tempting treats available at parties... 

The holidays, with their abundance and rich flavors are only an apple or two away from spreading our waistline!  Let's discuss how to  plan accordingly so that those extra pounds don’t sneak up on U this season.
