It can be true that we as humans are afraid of change, because we do not know what is going to happen next or due to the fear of not knowing how to maintain that change. In fitness that is one of the biggest hurdles, changing the habits to develop the lifestyle. 

Let's discuss why change is good, and how we can overcome the fear of changing into what we know is good for us instead of staying where we are, in comfort but unhealthy.
