In our fitness journey consistency is key.  Our motivation sometimes can come from friends who start that ultimately keeps us going, but when they fall off so do we. It is disappointing that is what happens, but we were seeking their drive to push past our own lack of discipline. 

Lets talk about some of the reasons working out with others can be GOOD for us just as much as it can be BAD. I know I know... but sometimes those that start with us won't finish, and sometimes those we start without are better off not even starting WITH U.
