When you make a ‘mistake’, or feel like you’ve dropped the ball in some way how do you typically respond?
For a lot of us, it creates anxiety, overthinking, stress. We worry about how it makes us look or what others may think of us.
It feels very easy to 'turn against ourselves' in these moments and offload a ton of pressure & self-judgement.
This perpetuates an often unconscious cycle of not feeling good enough and needing to prove our worth.
Here's the thing - we don't want to make how powerful, stable or at ease we feel dependent upon other people's approval.
We need to know and feel connected to our personal power irrespective of what we do, or how we are being perceived by others.
Inside this episode, I'm discussing a habit I call “Turning Toward Yourself”.
