Far too many Realtors have no idea how much their time is actually worth. Real Estate Agents rarely take the time to do a little math to see how much they are actually making per hour of work they do. Do YOU know what your time is worth per hour?
The reason why it's so important for Real Estate Agents to know, and to attach a $ amount to their time, is so they can make better decisions about what they spend their time doing!
For example, if you're a Realtor, and you're still mowing your own lawn, you're nuts. If you're driving 10 min out of your way to save 10 cents on a gallon of gas (which may save you what, $1.50 or $2 max?)... you don't realize that you're killing any chance that you have to actually GROW your business and your income.
