Knowing we will reap what we sow is very motivating. It assures us we are not victims of other people's actions, but that our own choices will dramatically affect our circumstances. But there is one problem: the time between our sowing and our reaping will almost always take a lot longer than we expected. The harvest is assured, but in the meantime, God has things He wants to do in our hearts. During this time, we must not grow discouraged and lose heart.
