Mental chatter, the never ending series of dialogue, conversations and repetitive thoughts taking place inside the human mind is a natural phenomenon that often carries on unnoticed in daily life. Given the enormous amount of information that the mind is presented with at all times, is an inherent part of the process that interprets, categorizes and stores this information. 

While mental chatter itself is not a detriment, having an excess amount of background noise clouding your focus and decision-making abilities certainly is. In the world we live in today, where we are exposed to more information from more sources than ever before, keeping your mental noise in check can be a challenge.
