Wouldn’t life be a lot simpler if we didn’t have so many difficult emotions to deal with?

 Emotions certainly can get the best of us. A person can be the smartest, most sensible person in the room until they get stricken by negative emotions. Not everyone can manage their negative emotions in the healthiest manner.

 As humans, we’re all entitled to feelings and emotions, mostly as a direct response to everyday life experiences. Positive emotions lift us up and are the easiest to feel and cherish. But the opposite of that are negative emotions that can be difficult to feel and manage. 

 Emotions that dampen our mood, make us forget our self-esteem, reduce our life satisfaction, decrease our self-confidence, and potentially make us sad, hate, or angry towards other people are known as negative emotions.
