A courage zone is a step outside of the comfort zone where you challenge yourself but still face minimal, if any, risk. Getting into and maintaining a life in the courage zone takes mental fitness, a concept very similar to physical fitness.
Like with physical resilience, you can think of strengthening your mind in the same way that you think about a workout routine. There is some preparation that goes into it along with mental strengthening exercises to maintain your resilience and remain in your courage zone.
