Carrying around negative feelings, such as guilt, resentment, and sadness is exhausting. Unfortunately, they can disrupt our lives and make it difficult to do even the simplest tasks.

What’s worse is they affect not only us but those around us, as well.
The only way to learn how to control your negative thoughts and moods is by taking active steps. These can range from self-care to physical exercise to volunteer work. The important thing is to look after yourself and know that your body and mind are connected.
