If you are someone that always says “yes” when demands are placed on you then you will not be able to achieve the right work life balance. People in your work and personal life will no that you always say “yes” and will overload you as a result.
Having too many things to do is likely to result in overwhelm and stress. Neither of these things will help you to achieve a true work life balance. You have to learn to say “no” in certain situations. This is not always easy as some people find that saying “no” leaves them feeling guilty.
