Description

To simplified Ayurveda it can be broken down to 5 Keys: the 3 Pillars of Health, Agni, Ama, Ojas and Doshic Balance. When we implement conscious and intentional choices using these 5 keys we're creating health that is sustainable to nurture and nourish our whole being from the inside and out. Using these 5 keys as guidance towards our daily routines/rituals allows for practices to be exactly what you in the moment to create harmony and balance for us and those around us. For when we're feeling good, we can give to others from a place nourishment, not from depletion.
