There are many strategies that we can do each and every day that can promote our health and well-being. Today I want to give you some tips that have truly assisted me in moving through the fall season with more ease, grace and harmony. It's through subtle shifts in our routines, rituals and practices that can bring about the greatest benefits in keeping our vitality, radiance and juiciness. I find that adapting my daily practices to meet the changing of the seasons, cycles and rhythms of nature, as well the changing cycles within can bring more self-awareness to want is truly needed to nurture and nourish oneself, and that my friend is where we can tap and tune into our whole-body vitality.
