Welcome to Spring!!! Today I was inspired to share something I been playing with in my daily yoga and Ayurvedic practices by blending these two together. It`s been a creative, interactive and evolving journey that has changed many aspects to my now evolved yoga practice. Ayurveda and Yoga are sister practices that were meant to be interweave and integrated together. When we do it allows for expansion and self-awareness and that allows for self-healing in all areas of life from our body, to our mind and emotions to feeding the soul with nourishment.
