Description

It`s kapha season that time of transition of moving from the cold dryness of vata into the cool, moist and heaviness of kapha. Moving into the spring brings with it new beginnings and possible imbalances that when we use practical tools from Ayurveda we can ease into the spring weather with ease, vitality and radiant health.
