Summer within the Ayurvedic lens is also known as the Pitta Season. In today's episode I look at the Pitta doshas and keeping your cool in the season of Pitta. When we understand the how to nourish and nurture ourselves through the different season and take the approach of knowing how the doshas work within us and with the seasons, we can make conscious choices that bring a lot more ease and harmony to ourselves and our environment.
