We're well into the summer and it's time to look at how to take care of  our skin with ease. The most important thing to remember here is to keep your cool on and this goes for the skin as well.  In today's episode I look at several practices as well as great plants that can be used on the skin to keep inflammation  and redness in check. As well I offer a few facial masks that can be used to assist in moisturizing the skin and prevent those aging wrinkles.  Our health can be maintain or even improved by practices that include foods (herbs & spices), sleep, wise use of our energy and lifestyle choices that honour the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Through deeper awareness we can may daily choices that nurture and nourish ourselves inside and out.
