Vata dosha is about movement and change. The ups and downs of vata can bring imbalances that can make you more susceptible to illness. In this week's episode, I take a look at ways to keep more harmony within vata to assist you in functioning at your best! Vata dosha with that connection to the elements of air and ether can be responsible for more illness due to it typically goes out of balance first - especially from STRESS.
