Description

Savory parcels start off an eventful  pastry week.  Spicy duck pasties and mini beef wellingtons tempt Paul and Mary, but who will come out on top?  Our bakers are stumped by  an obscure technical of kouign-amann while the more familiar eclair show-stopper rounds out the week.  We've got sweet, we've got savory and Allison and Lisa dish about it all!
