Last year these were my observations: 

1. People are really focusing on one sport one strategy
2. Automation is growing
3. More people are coming into the trading world - Especially matched bettors
4. Simple is still key - set & forget
5. I love it

Looking at those I think what I have seen this year is: 

1. Automation is what a lot of people are coming to us for 
2. People don’t actually want to leave their jobs 
3. Super Trader System 
4. Nothings changed - value, strategy, data, mindset is still key. 
5. I havent enjoyed it as much as I have before 

Goals for next year 

• Keep creating things that help traders 
• Football back testing out - didn’t get that done this year! 
• Get back to enjoying it 
• Make the changes at BTC we have already started
