The three things I always reinforced in my classroom at the start of every new year were:
Respecting others,  respect of space. and Self-respect. 

These are messages that we as parents, educators, and society in general, instill into kids at such a young age, and continuously embed it year after into them.

While we are so adamant of reminding young ones of these principles of respect in all forms, somewhere along the way, we lose the ability to do the most important one of all: self-respect.

In this episode,  I will share with you some different practices and techniques to help you familiarize yourself with how to implement self-respect into your everyday life.
