In this week's Ask Audrey episode - we are diving into:
Question 1: Hi Audrey, I follow your fb page. I was diagnosed with low thyroid about 10 years ago. I was prescribed 50 micrograms of Levoxythyroxine (I hope that's correct) per day. At first it sort of worked, then nothing. I would like to know if I could find a way to use my essential oils to Kickstart my thyroid. What would you recommend?
and Question 2:
do you think it's possible to prevent dementia and Parkinson's when it runs in your family? Both my maternal grandmother and maternal great-grandmother had it. My mom has a lot of other health issues and I don't know if brain fog is what is going on or if she is having signs of dementia on top of those issues. I worry about what my kids and husband may have to deal with as I get older.
